Sunday 10/3 Cycle Fitness -to- Open Cycle
Sunday 10/3
We will be trying something new. Cycle Fitness will be replaced with an Open Cycle session from 10-11am. The studio will be open for your own cycling workout. Music, pedal changing help and as always, towels and water provided.

Congrat's to Nissy on her Silver medal win at Natz!!!
Kevin Mansker, as he says, "salvaged" a 5th place medal in Sprints after his rear tired exploded in the TT. Not bad for a hard start!
