Jumpboard sessions available!

Jumpboard is something you do lying down on the Pilates Reformer. It is an insane workout- a plyometric, heart pounding, legs burning good time. If you can fit 30 minutes into your schedule, you'll look better AND feel better (after the soreness goes away!)

30 minute sessions for $20.

Session times available are -
Mon. 6:30-9am or 10:45-11:15am
Fri. 6:30-7:30am or 10:45-11:15am
Sat. 10:45-11:15am

1/22/10 = Gathering

"Your TRIBE" (a twist on Girls Night Out)
We have arrived-
to identify, re-define and establish a new group vision of ourselves as women.
Let's start off the new year on the right foot, or shall we say...pedal!

The Event
Cycle Fitness/Pilates Chair
(Combo class is 30 min. cycling/30 min. chair - Towels and pedals are provided)

7-8:30pm (*guest is welcome)
Presentation on nutrition + samples from the owner of Rebel Grain
Food prepared by Portobello Vegan Trattoria

(Please bring 3 of your favorite, healthy recipes, any format)

Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2010! We hope you all had a great holiday and Happy New Year.

There are a couple of schedule changes that begin Mon, Jan 11th.

- We are adding a Friday 9:30am Pilates Physioball class. It's a fun workout that kicks your butt!
- The Thursday 3:30pm Chair class has been canceled.

Also, we are excited to bring the Combo class back. Please let us know if there are specific times that you would like to see this class on the schedule.
