Monday - 9:30am Chair class

Tuesday - 10am Cycle Fitness class
5:30pm FREE Cyclocross class


Wednesday - 7:30pm KWT (Kirk Whiteman Training) clients

Thursday - 10am Cycle Fitness
4pm Chair class and 5:30pm Cyclocross class
7:30pm KWT clients

Saturday - 8am Chair for KWT clients

Sunday - 10am Cycle Fitness
